Our domestic reef:
Lavafinger: 
A very versatile rugged reef falling down to 30 m with steep face,
grotto and crevices where a lot is to be discovered. Located favourably
in the stream shadow, therefore, also very suitable for beginners.
The reef inhabitants include: parrot fishes, trigger fishes, trumpet
fishes, puffer fishes, morays, groupers and a great variety of small
animals.
Arena:
A semicircular reef with a large number of fishes, 5 - 25 m deep.
There is an opening In the middle through which you can dive to the
outside.
The beautiful domestic reef is inhabited by stingrays lying in the sand,
large schools of fishes and a wide field of sand eels.
Cave
tunnel:
An
approx. 50 m long cave in a depth of only 12 m easy to dive into also
for beginners.
Inside is a large air bubble to come up. The cave inhabitants such as
locus lobsters, reef lobsters, prawns and forkbeards can be observed
very well in the beam of light. Now and then you can see one of the
rare atlantic monk-crawls.

This famous diving area is 5 minutes away by boat.
The tame giant groupers, huge stingrays, baracuda schools, amber jacks
and many schools of fishes are an unforgettable experience.
T-reef:
Only 400 m after the diving area Garajau there is another highlight
of this region.
Two pinnacles project from 30 m depth up to 12 m below the water surface.
Congers, morays, locus lobsters, stingrays and baracuda schools.
A great diving place which always offers surprises.
Machico:
A cone down to 35 m as well as a fantastic steep face attract with whip
corals and innumerable black corals. They give this diving area a tropical
character.
Wreck:
Small but fantastic: our wreck at the harbour of Funchal, only 18 minutes
away by boat.
